- What to do in case I’m not satisfied with the product or it has a defect?
In case you are not satisfied with the product you can let us know within 14 days after the product arrival via [email protected] by indicating the order number. We will provide you the shipping address and make a full refund back to your account.
In case the product has a defect we will exchange it free of charge but you would have to ship it back to us (we would not be covering the shipping cost). On the other hand, we would try to fix the product and donate it to the shelter for doggies.
