We are a small family business from Europe, Latvia and making handmade dog collars. We want to give your pet the opportunity to look good and cute when heading out for a walk, because who wants their walking essentials to be boring.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- How much is the shipping cost ?
It depends on the region. Our goal is to deliver the product as fast as possible in the least expensive way. At the moment it would be as follows:
Shipping within Latvia would be 2.50 EUR;
Worldwide shipping would cost 4.95 EUR.
- Where do you ship the products ?
We are shipping our products to the United States, Canada, Europe, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, South America, Africa, India, Philippines.
In case you are living outside the mentioned countries then don’t worry. Just send us a message and we will figure it out together.
- How long is the processing and shipping time?
As we are processing everything manually it might take up to 24 hours to get the order ready. Afterward, it will take up to 1 day for us to ship it out (On regular business days).
For local shipping we are using Omniva services it usually takes up to 5 days.
International shipping can be from 3 to 4 weeks. (Depends on the destination country and their customs).
We will provide you with the shipping tracking number so you are aware of when your package will arrive.
In case you would like to receive your order faster then please contact us and we will try to find an alternative shipping method.
- Are there any additional fees?
Some countries (E.g. Australia, UK, European Union) may charge a custom or tariff fee that is not included in the shipping cost. Precious Doggo is not responsible for any costs or issues that occur at customs.
Nevertheless, in case something goes wrong let us know and we will try to help as much as possible from our side.
